About me

My name is Ralf Hein, RH Consulting is my consulting service for the optimal use of your data.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of data-driven business models, I cover a very broad spectrum of applications and solutions. Whether setting up tracking systems, implementing web analytics solutions, the holistic integration of marketing data to minimize customer acquisition costs or "big data" data analyses in the terabyte range: my customers receive meaningful, practical solutions that provide immediate benefits.

As a graduate engineer, interdisciplinary thinking is my top priority. Only when the technical requirements have also been understood in terms of context is it possible to design a suitable solution. This approach complements the specialist knowledge of programmers and developers and at the same time distinguishes my work from pure specialists such as tracking or database experts.

A focus of my experience lies in success-based online marketing (performance marketing) with the corresponding challenges in recording, billing and traceability of attributions. My particular interest lies in the data and technology aspects, e.g. with the adaptation or development of own adserver and tracking systems in affiliate marketing and the automation of success reports.

The diverse adserver, tracking, app and web technologies as well as the associated issues such as data protection and user consent (opt-in/consent) are therefore very familiar to me.

After many years of work in online sales and marketing, including the successful establishment of the performance marketing agency nonstopConsulting, I have been supporting selected customers as an independent consultant for BI Solutions & Data Engineering since 2016.
